"I was at my daughter's basketball game when I overheard Natalie Taflinger talking to (who I believed to be) a client. The phone conversation was very detailed and informative. After she finished the conversation, I was very impressed and proceeded share that I have a house in Bennettsville SC that has been on the market over six months. I explained the house was my first flip and she offered to help me sell the house. Signing with Natalie was the best decision I could have ever made! Natalie treated me like I was her first client... She listed the house and I had three offers within 2 weeks. She was such a go-getter... Her personality was great, she offered great suggestion and kept me well informed.A couple months after Natalie sold my first flip, I was ready to sell a second house in Charlotte NC. Natalie recommended me to one of her realtor contacts in Charlotte. I signed with her contact and received an offer after 1 day on the market. "Natalie was such a pleasure to work with. She was eager to help, and was a real go-getter in every way. After initially contacting Natalie, she was able to meet with us within a day of speaking with her. If we had any questions, she was always quick to respond and very patient with us and knowledgeable about her line of work. My father's home that we were selling needed to be detitled; she worked deligently with an attorney's office and the DMV to get that taken care of in an expedited manner. "Natalie Taflinger approaches her job as a way to serve and care for others. Her compassion for her clients makes Florence a better place to live, especially for people who are relocating to Florence. She is one of their first interactions here, and she is a great ambassador for our community. As a nonprofit that operates a residential recovery program, Natalie helped us find the perfect home for many women who have never had a home of their own or even a bed of their own. Natalie found a beautiful residential street and a home full of charm and perfectly designed for our needs. "Natalie was very responsive to my inquiries as I was an out of town buyer and not familiar with the area. She took the time to listen to my needs and was honest in answering questions about listings I saw in Zillow. We only looked at a couple of homes when she suggested looking at a house I hadn’t considered and I loved it. She handled all the paperwork and had everything lined up when I came into town for the walk through and closing. She even helped me line up a crew to unload my furnishings. Would highly recommend her to handle your real estate needs"
